Practice management for independent clinics

Your patients get your attention. The paperwork gets Blues.

LogBlues runs your whole clinic — scheduling, check-in, notes, files, messaging, tasks, inventory and billing — on the computers you already own. Blues, the assistant, works on the same machine. Nothing about your patients is sent anywhere to make it work.

Every screen

One workspace, whatever it is running on.

The same software at every size — a big monitor at the front desk, a laptop in the office, a phone in your pocket. Three different themes here; there are twenty-one.

The workspace

One place for the whole day.

Ten programs, one login, and no retyping a patient’s name to finish a thought.

Automation

The chasing happens whether or not you remember.

Every clinic runs on follow-ups nobody was assigned. Set the rule once and LogBlues does the remembering — reminders on the lead days you pick, referrals that come back to a person instead of going quiet, stock reordered before you run out.

  • Appointment reminders in-app, by text or by email, on your schedule.
  • Case and referral follow-ups that resurface instead of drifting.
  • Recurring tasks for the work that happens weekly whether or not anyone writes it down.
  • Inventory and equipment that ask for attention before they become a problem.

Who it’s for

Built for the practice that answers its own phone.

Solo practitioners and small clinics — the ones usually offered enterprise pricing or nothing at all. Pick the modules your specialty actually uses and change them later without a migration.

Why the records stay here

Your patient records live on your machines.

Most practice software keeps records centrally. We went the other way. LogBlues keeps them on the computers already in your clinic, which means the software keeps working when the connection does not, and a patient chart is somewhere you can point at.

Encrypted local backups are available now. Automatic off-site cloud backup is planned, but it is not deployed in the current LogBlues build.

  • It works when the internet doesn’t. A dropped connection is an annoyance, not a closed clinic.
  • Nothing is sent anywhere to make it work. Including everything you type to Blues. One exception, and only if you switch it on: text a patient their intake form and their answers reach us on the way to you — then are erased as soon as your practice has them, and within thirty days regardless.
  • No rent on storage you already own. A record costs you a disk, not a pricing tier.

What we believe

Software is allowed to be pleasant.

We are two people building for the solo practitioner and the two-room clinic. Not because the large systems are bad — they are solving a different problem for a different customer, mostly well — but because nobody was building carefully for the small practice.

So our screens grow vines and our assistant has moods. The bet is that people use tools they do not dread, and that a clinic runs better when the software is not the worst part of the day.

Your records stay yours. Nothing about you or your patients is for sale, to anyone, ever. That is not a policy we can change later — it is how the software is built.

If you run a practice, write to us. We answer — and we are just as interested in what is missing as in what people like.
